You always amaze me with so many varieties of birds and other animals. I really like that deer and then there is the Pileated Woodpecker that I can’t seem to get here in my backyard. I guess my trees are not bad enough for them to show up. But my friend who lives in the country has two of them show up and eat suet from his store bought suet cakes. My mom was born in Summers County and the biggest city was Hinton. They got their groceries at Hix Post Office within walking distance of their cabin. Where do you live in WV?

Oh I do envy you having a Pileated Woodpecker close by. They don’t visit my young patch of woods. Plus you had Cedar Waxwings fly in to greet y’all!
Do I see nubs on that deer?
Very sweet pics of your little Bug Hunter. 🙂
