wowsers do i have a lot of BROWN for you all!

this tree was weird….the sap was not sticky but like a gel…maybe not sap??

okay…i’ll stop here.  brown is quite a popular color around here!  🙂

    Wow! Your outdoor browns are great! I like the baby turkeys, too. And the plants and trees are nice pics.
    So that’s how the anti-squirrel bird feeder works. 😉

    Yikes! This was a brown-a-palooza!! Loved all the photos, but especially the one where the deer was stealing a kiss. Niiiiiice. I read somewhere that a healthy tree puts out that sap to protect it from invading bugs. must be healthy trees. Happy BrownDay!

    thank you all for the nice comments!! i’m glad you enjoy the pictures as much as i do taking them! and mostly all are taken in my yard or around the house! sometimes i don’t want to leave! haha! i guess that is a pretty good problem to have! 🙂

    @cassie: i’ll take healthy trees! the texture was so weird feeling!

    @margaret: yes! it really does work! i got several shots of multiple attempts — it was relentless! i can’t remember what date that post was!
