i am enjoying the juvenile cardinals!  several of them come to visit!

could this be a juvenile ruby throated hummer?  i have never noticed any specks on the front of the female’s neck.  how exciting if so!

i haven’t seen my red bellied woodpeckers for awhile!  i miss them terribly.

    Man, those young Cardinals sure are scroungy looking…hard to imagine that they turn into such majestic looking birds!! Is that a bumble bee at your hummerfeeder? Yikes!!

    I am enjoying juvenile Cardinals Their beaks are dark close to black. The ones in your pictures could be ones from the first nesting and are getting their adult feathers.
    Your Hummer could be a youngster. However Females can also have those spots. I’m not that advanced to know which is which… yet.
    You could post the picture on Birds&Blooms Hummingbird Forum. txhummers/Mark is an expert and he could tell you for sure.
